CONTEXT: The start of the Bollé Brands B2B Website project coincided with a period of significant change for the Bollé Brands Group. This phase included a recent change in ownership, the relocation of the group from Paris to Lyon, personnel transitions, and the simultaneous implementation of a new ERP system. Consequently, there was a notable challenge in comprehending business needs, further complicated by the competition for resources between the development of the ERP and the B2B website project.
